Thanksgiving is quickly approaching, so this cute candle will help decorate your home for the holiday. I’m feeling festive and it is time for a giveaway. Although I hate to part with this candle, because it smells amazing!  DSCN7739

This month’s giveaway was sponsored by Addie Jane Originals in Hallsville, Missouri. Addie Jane Orignals is a full-service florist shop. Eva and her creative crew did the flowers for our wedding this summer.Blachford-328 Blachford-297Blachford-24

Most people in the area are aware that Eva has a flower shop, but she also has a great assortment of gifts, jewelry, and home decor at her store. Before we picked out the wedding flowers, I had no idea how many cute things she had at her store – in addition to the lovely flowers!  Here’s a few photos of what is in stock right now:

My favorite holiday food is definitely stuffing balls. I like to put it on my plate next to the cranberry salad so the juice runs into the stuffing. YUM!

I can only choose one?????? I however have to agree with Meredith, stuffing is my favorite holiday food. I only eat it in the months of November and December and always get seconds.

Yum! That sounds delish. I think the Pioneer Woman has a version of that in her new holiday cookbook.

Hey, I’m Sierra Shea! I am so glad you are here.

Where do I start with writing to introduce this blog? At the beginning, I suppose: I’ve been writing on various platforms online since 2013. I started blogging shortly after moving to South Dakota.

I am a mother and a maker at heart. I’m so grateful to be married to John and mother of three: Joslyn, J.D. and Jesse.

I am a self-taught decorator and designer. I am a brand new shepherdess and a Spiritual Director.

I love living in South Dakota, even though the winters & the wind can be a near-daily struggle.

Blogging is a grounding force in my life and it helps get me out of my head, unstuck and moving in the directions I always hoped I’d be going!
