It has been a quiet, rainy day here in South Dakota. But, these 4th of July wedding pictures are perking up the day for me! Our big day is drawing near!
Thanks to the rain, I was able to get a bunch of packing done at my house in town today. It’s almost time for me to move everything out to the farmhouse & then head home to Missouri to finalize wedding details!

Where do I start with writing to introduce this blog? At the beginning, I suppose: I’ve been writing on various platforms online since 2013. I started blogging shortly after moving to South Dakota.

I love living in South Dakota, even though the winters & the wind can be a near-daily struggle.
