I wanted to hang a quilt on a cinder block wall at my office. So, I didn’t want to screw nails into their wall. I was having a hard time figuring out how to hang this quilt for fairly cheap, until I found Command Strips with a clip instead of a hook! Perfect! They are not for sale at all the stores with Command Strips, but they are out there. I found mine at Wal-Mart.

The directions were very easy and helpful.

Peel off the red side. Stick onto the plastic strip. Then, peel off black side.

After peeling off black side, attach it to the wall. Once it is firmly on the wall, slide the clip part up and off as shown on directions. It will look like this (below).

Rub these for about 30 seconds on to made sure they stick. Wait one hour. Then, slide the clip back on.

Hang your quilt!

I used two clips to hang a small wall quilt. If it was a larger one I think you would definitely need more so the middle wouldn’t sag. I didn’t use any for the bottom & let gravity do it’s work.DSCN3819

This was easy and I was happy with the result for less than $10. I think it would be a good option for quilt shows, temporary displays at a shop, homes and cinder block walls as shown here.
